The customer checks out on your store with "Pay by invoice". The plugin sends the order to the tool in about a second.
Invoice emailed
The invoice arrives with the items, the total and a Pay button. If it isn't paid, polite reminders go out after 15 minutes and 24 hours.
Paid and delivered
The customer pays on Whop's secure checkout. The payment is verified, your order completes and the downloads are released.

Secure by design
Built so a payment can't be faked and an order can't be completed twice.
- Signed messages both ways. Every request between your store and the tool is signed and expires after five minutes.
- Verified webhooks. Whop's signature is checked and duplicate events are ignored.
- Encrypted secrets. Your API keys and store secrets are stored encrypted.
- Amount checks. An order only completes when the paid amount matches, checked by the tool and again by your store.

Questions
Do my customers need an account?
No. They get the invoice by email, open it and pay on Whop's secure checkout.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Whop account. The tool never holds or moves your money.
Do card details touch my store?
No. Customers pay on Whop's hosted checkout, so card details only ever go to Whop.
What happens if a customer doesn't pay?
The order stays on hold and the customer gets a reminder after 15 minutes and another after 24 hours. Nothing is delivered until the invoice is paid.
How are digital downloads delivered?
When the invoice is paid, your WooCommerce store completes the order and releases the downloads with its normal download email and My account page.
Which platforms are supported?
WooCommerce stores and Whop payments today. Stripe and PayPal are planned.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay a flat monthly plan. Payment fees are charged by your payment provider, as usual.
What happens if I go over 50 invoices on Starter?
Your invoices keep going out, so no sale is ever blocked. We'll ask you to move to Pro for the next month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your billing period.
